Legal (Internship

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and agreements.
• Assist in maintaining corporate legal documents, including company deeds, licenses, and statutory records.
• Support regulatory compliance processes, including licensing, corporate filings, and statutory reporting.
• Assist in coordinating with internal stakeholders and external parties, such as notaries, legal consultants, and government institutions.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of legal and corporate records.
• Conduct legal research and provide day-to-day administrative support for legal and corporate matters.
• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Basic knowledge of legal drafting and contract review.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills and able to work both independently and in a team.
