Team Introduction

The Client Solutions Team at Tik Tok helps nurture accounts through high-touch client service and education on Tik Tok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross-functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market-level insights. Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.

1. Cross-Functional Project Leadership
- Lead and coordinate key projects between GBS (Global Business Solutions) and GEC (Global Ecommerce) teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, scope, and timelines
- Drive clear project governance through regular working sessions, progress tracking, risk management, and escalation when needed
- Translate business priorities into actionable project plans and keep stakeholders aligned on milestones, dependencies, and expected outcomes
2. Adoption & Execution Excellence
- Drive project adoption within the Client Solutions Team by building clear rollout plans, stakeholder communication, and execution follow-through
- Partner closely with GEC to understand new initiatives, capabilities, and operating models, then convert them into practical actions for GBS teams
- Monitor adoption progress, identify execution gaps, and recommend interventions to improve implementation quality and business impact
3. Insights & Strategic Action Planning
- Work closely with GEC and internal GBS stakeholders to surface valuable commercial, operational, and product insights relevant to the market
- Conduct deep dives on selected opportunities, adoption barriers, or performance trends to uncover root causes and business implications
- Turn insights into strategic action plans with clear recommendations, ownership, and follow-up cadence
4. Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as a central connector across sales, client solutions, GEC, and other cross-functional partners to ensure smooth communication and decision-making
- Prepare structured updates, business reviews, and leadership readouts to keep stakeholders informed on progress, issues, and next steps
- Build strong working relationships across teams and foster a collaborative approach to solving high-priority business challenges

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, strategy, business operations, client solutions, or a related commercial function. Ecommerce background is a must.

- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and observations into clear business recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in influencing senior partners across teams
- Strong project planning discipline, including timeline management, prioritization, issue tracking, and execution follow-up
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and evolving business needs
- Proficiency in Excel, dashboards or reporting tools, and AI tools. Fluency in English and Indonesian
