Growth Strategy Analyst

We are looking for a Growth Strategy Analyst to support the development and execution of business growth strategies through data-driven analysis, market insights, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and customer analysis to identify business growth opportunities.
• Analyze business performance, market trends, and commercial data to generate actionable insights.
• Support the development of growth strategies, business plans, and strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential new markets, products, services, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Develop business cases, financial analysis, and feasibility assessments for strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of growth initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives.
• Prepare management presentations, strategic reports, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Conduct benchmarking and research on industry best practices, emerging trends, and potential business models.
• Support strategic projects and other initiatives related to business expansion and organizational growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in strategy, business development, management consulting, corporate planning, market research, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Strong understanding of market analysis, business strategy, and financial concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point ; experience with data visualization or BI tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple strategic projects.
• High attention to detail, commercially oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, or related industries is preferred.
• Experience in developing business cases, market assessments, or strategic recommendations.
• Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or other data analytics tools is an advantage.
