Purpose And Scope
  • Responsible to support financial functions for Renewables in Indonesia markets covering accounting, capital expenditure & cash management, treasury & tax management, insurance to meet operating & strategic business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Support the Finance Manager in finance, accounting, and tax operations.
  • Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and the preparation of financial statements.
  • Perform recording of accounting journals and creating daily/weekly/monthly reports with reconciliations for account balances.
  • Assist with tax computation and tax submissions (monthly and annual), including VAT and other local tax filings.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Execute bank transactions (deposits/payments) and perform timely bank reconciliations.
  • Perform customer billing in accordance with the Company's SOP.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, perform weekly aging review, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Ensure supporting documentation for all financial transactions and legal information is filed and maintained per company policy.
  • Collaborate with project teams to track actual vs. budgeted expenses and revenue.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for management.
  • Support internal and external auditors during the annual audit process.
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
  • Monitor budget performance and collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare the quarterly LKPM report on OSS and support submission, under the Finance Manager’s review.
  • Prepare Bank Indonesia loan reporting (KPPK & SIUL) and support submission, under the Finance Manager’s review.
Qualification & Experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related major.
  • Having 6-8 years related working experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • Good understanding of Tax compliance and reporting.
  • Familiar with financial data for LKPM and Bank Indonesia.
  • Prior experience in SAP S4

    Hana (preferred) and Groups consolidation system is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Word and Excel).
  • Having basic Tax certification is a plus.
  • Some experience in established external audit firm will be a plus.

  • Responsible and positive work attitude with good abilities to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
