Summer Internship - M&A Advisory

We are currently seeking for an Summer Internship - M&A Advisory to be based out of our Jakartaoffice in Indonesia.

the Intern will be performing the following:

Duties:

• Performing in-depth sector analysis and industry research
• Preparing company financial models and forecasts
• Conducting company valuations and in-depth financial assessments (DCF, Relative Valuation, LBO, etc.)
• Preparing transactions’ selling or investment documentation (teasers, management presentations, board presentations, information memorandums, etc.)
• Coordinating the due diligence process
• Assisting senior members of the team throughout the transactions’ execution process and participating in client meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• BSc or MSc Degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering
