Responsibilities

• Financial Recording:
  Perform daily recording of all company financial transactions, including expenses and revenue.
• Bank Reconciliation:
  Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Invoice Processing:
  Process sales invoices, purchase invoices, and payments. Ensure data accuracy and document completeness.
• Financial Reporting:
  Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
• Cash Management:
  Help manage the company's cash flow, monitor expenses, and ensure fund availability.
• Administration:
  Support other financial administrative tasks, such as document filing and communication with relevant parties (vendors, banks, etc.).

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Possess 1-2 years of work experience in finance and accounting.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Familiarity with accounting software (such as Accurate or similar) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with data accurately.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Have good communication skills.
• Willing to full WFO at Tomang, West Jakarta.
