About the job:
- Operate and manage daily financial operations accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile bank transaction reports with reports and documents from third parties.
- Carry out payment and cash receipt activities in accordance with the established operational cash flow procedures.
- Support other finance-related tasks, including internal and external audit processes.
- Prepare and provide financial operational data required for financial reporting to the accounting team.
- Ensure all daily financial operational activities run in accordance with business operations.
- Maintain good relationships with banking partners and other parties regarding integrations related to business functions.
- Ensure financial operational processes and transaction reporting are carried out smoothly and on time.
- Resolve issues related to financial operational activities in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Office.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work with tight deadlines.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in Finance, Administration, or other related fields.
