Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day finance operational activities, including payment processing, cash handling, and transaction verification.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data entry into the system.
- Monitor and reconcile daily transactions, invoices, and expense reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for document completeness and payment clarification.
- Support month-end closing activities and prepare operational finance reports.
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in improving finance operational processes to enhance efficiency.
