Job Description
Mengirimkan Statement of Account setiap awal bulan kepada semua nasabah
Melakukan proses penagihan sesuai dengan Standard Operational Procedure (SOP)
Menyelesaikan semua suspend premi yang terjadi, secara tuntas dan bersifat segera tanpa tunda
Melakukan proses rekonsiliasi data tagihan premi kepada nasabah terkait, secara periodik
