Blibli is seeking a Finance Operation Staff member to ensure accuracy in retail revenue data through daily transaction reconciliations. You'll be critical in monitoring settlements, resolving discrepancies, and supporting month-end closing.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and brings 2-5 years of experience in finance operations or accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with POS systems are essential. Experience in retail is a plus.
