Finance Officer

Job Type: Contract Based (Extendable & Possibility Convert to Permanent)

• Manage and supervise daily financial activities, including payments, petty cash, reimbursement, and vendor settlements.
• Ensure accurate and transparent record keeping of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Prepare, analyze, and report monthly and quarterly financial statements for both local management and Headquarters.
• Administer payroll, BPJS, and all tax related matters, including PPh 21, VAT, and corporate tax.
• Assist in budgeting process, financial forecasting, and monitoring of expenses against budgets.
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, bank, and HQ Team.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance / Accounting.
• Solid understanding of Financial Reporting, Tax Regulations, and Indonesian Accounting Standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets with experience in accounting software considered an advantage.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP).
• Good understanding of Financial Forecasting and Financial Reporting, including balance sheet, income statements, and cash flow.
