Finance Officer

Job opportunity for Finance Officer at Magnus Digital Indonesia in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Invoicing & Payments:
  Create client invoices, track incoming payments, and follow up on overdue accounts (AR).
• Vendor Management:
  Process timely payments to vendors, media platforms, and influencers/KOLs (AP).
• Tax Compliance:
  Calculate and manage local taxes (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23) and handle e-Faktur/e-Bupot.
• Cash Management:
  Reconcile bank statements daily/monthly and manage petty cash.
• Reporting:
  Assist the Finance Manager with month-end reports and keep all financial documents neatly organized.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting. (Bonus points if you have worked in a digital agency or media company!)
• Tax Knowledge:
  Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations. Brevet A & B certification is a big plus.
• Tech
  
  Skills:
  
  Great with Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (like Accurate, Xero, or Jurnal).
• Soft Skills:
  
  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
