Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute the annual audit program based on a risk‑based audit approach.
• Hands‑on in handling operational, financial, collection, and compliance audits at Head Office and branch offices.
• Ensure financing processes are conducted in accordance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
• Identify potential risks, fraud indications, and weaknesses in internal control systems.
• Analyze audit findings and provide effective corrective‑action recommendations.
• Prepare accurate, objective, and timely audit reports for management review.
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations by related departments.
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and related parties during audit or examination processes.
• Ensure the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and compliance with OJK regulations.

• Familiarity with CONFINS system will be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably in a multifinance or automotive financing company.
• Strong understanding of financing business processes, vehicle financing, collection management, and risk management.
• Good understanding of OJK regulations and GCG principles.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and audit data processing.
