TheTeam
The Corporate Transactions Group advises clients across the deal lifecycle on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and restructuring situations. The team delivers integrated financial advisory services, combining deep corporate finance expertise with rigorous financial analysis and valuation capabilities. As part of a collaborative, fast‑paced environment, Associates gain hands‑on exposure to a broad range of transactions across industries, working closely with senior professionals and clients to deliver high‑impact outcomes.
Howyou will contribute
- Support transaction execution across buy‑side and sell‑side engagements, including M&A, joint ventures, and capital market transactions
- Perform detailed financial analysis, valuation modeling (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions), and scenario analysis
- Prepare transaction materials such as financial models, information memoranda, management presentations, and investor materials
- Assist with due diligence processes, including analysis of financial statements, forecasts, and key value drivers
- Conduct market, industry, and company‑specific research to support strategic and financial recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure timely and high‑quality deliverables
- Contribute to the development of insights and recommendations for clients under the guidance of Managers and Directors
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, investment banking, valuation, or financial consulting (Senior Associate level typically requires additional experience)
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with a solid understanding of corporate finance concepts
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial databases is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple work streams in a deadline‑driven environment
- Professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CA, MBA) are an advantage but not required
