** The Opportunity
** We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented intermediate Accountant to join our finance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of financial reporting across a range of accounting processes.

You will act as a key reviewer and control point across month-end activities, intercompany transactions, balance sheet reconciliations, and tax compliance, while supporting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
** Role Purpose / Key Accountabilities
*** Review fixed assets, depreciation, payroll transactions, and month-end processes
* Analyse P&L expenses, intercompany (ICP) variances, and resolve discrepancies
* Manage intercompany recharge processes, ensuring accurate allocation and transfer pricing compliance
* Validate balance sheet reconciliations and exception reports to ensure completeness and accuracy
* Prepare FCCS sub-consolidation journals and indirect tax reconciliations
* Support audits with draft financial statements, reconciliations, and clear documentation
* Provide guidance on transaction issues and act as a control point across accounting processes
* Leverage ERP & FCCS systems to strengthen process integrity and team capability
* Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve financial operations
** About You
** You are a technically strong and proactive accounting professional who thrives in a structured, detailed, and collaborative environment. You take pride in delivering accurate work, improving processes, and supporting team capability.
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
* CPA / CA (Chartered Accountant) qualified or working towards completion
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Advanced spreadsheet skills and strong capability in reconciliations and data analysis
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines in a structured reporting environment
* Experience with ERP systems and consolidation tools (e.g., FCCS, Oracle Fusion) preferred
