Collection Supervisor Associate - Cab Perbaungan
Location:
KAB. SERDANG BEDAGAI, SUMATERA UTARA, Indonesia.
We are recruiting an energetic, responsible, and development-ready professional to join our Finance and Retail division.
Qualifications- Experience in operational billing at branch level.
- Active customer follow-up skills.
- Ability to prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Skill to give direction, coaching, and coordinate the team.
- Ensure consumer and contract data completeness.
- Educational background: SMA/D3/S1 according to experience.
- Monitor and ensure branch receivable billing target achievements.
- Active follow-up with customers for motor payments and multi-purpose financing.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on receivable status.
- Control team compliance with SOP and payment documentation.
- Assist in receivable analysis to identify default risks.
- Provide guidance and coaching to the collection team.
- Coordinate with marketing and finance teams to ensure consumer data completeness.
