Finance Operation & Accounting Executive

Job Description
  • Journaling & Reporting:
    Prepares journal entries, maintains financial reports and GL accounts, supports AP accuracy, performs reconciliations and closing processes, meets reporting deadlines, prepares data for internal use and RTA, assists with audits, and analyzes BS, P&L, cash flows, and partners’ accounts.
  • Budget Planning:
    Supports development and review of annual budgets and performance projections.
  • Audit Management:
    Coordinates with external auditors, provides required documents, and ensures PSAK compliance.

  • Tax Management:
    Conducts tax reconciliations, works with tax consultants, reviews Withholding Tax and SSP, and prepares responses for tax authority communications.
  • Finance Operations:
    Maintains financial transaction documentation, supports AP and finance supervisors/managers.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identifies system pain points and provides recommendations for efficiency improvements.
  • Accuracy & Detail:
    Delivers precise, error‑free work under deadlines; demonstrates ownership and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Knowledge of PSAK, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
  • 2–4 years experience in GL/AP/month‑end closing.
  • Skilled in Excel & accounting systems/ERP.
  • Strong accuracy, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driven.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and critical thinking.
