Regulatory Reporting & BI Submissions
- Own end-to-end regulatory reporting obligations (monthly, quarterly, annual, and incidental reports) to Bank Indonesia.
- Ensure 100% on-time and accurate submission, including proper documentation and evidence storage.
- Maintain and manage a centralized regulatory reporting calendar and submission tracker.
- Proactively follow up and escalate regulatory risks, including delayed dependencies or unclear requirements.
- Act as a compliance advisor to Product, Partnership, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear operational implications, risks, and required actions.
- Provide accurate and consistent compliance guidance, particularly for regulator-facing matters.
- Own lifecycle of compliance documentation including SOPs, regulatory submissions, and audit materials.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and submission-ready.
- Build and maintain a Regulatory Reporting Manual covering all reporting obligations and processes.
- Apply a risk-based approach to regulatory obligations, prioritizing high-impact and time-sensitive items.
- Identify potential compliance risks early and escalate proactively to management.
- Ensure no regulatory obligation is left without clear follow-up, escalation, or resolution.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Ops, Legal, and Partnership teams to gather required inputs for regulatory submissions.
- Align stakeholders on timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Drive closure of blockers impacting regulatory compliance.
- Support regulatory audits, inspections, and follow-up requests from Bank Indonesia.
- Prepare required documentation, evidence, and responses for regulatory reviews.
- Ensure readiness for audits through proper documentation and control processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Compliance / Risk / Regulatory roles within:
- Fintech / Payment Service Providers (PJP), or
- Banking / regulated financial institutions.
- Hands‑on experience with Bank Indonesia regulations and reporting requirements is strongly preferred.
- Able to own compliance processes end-to-end within defined scope.
- Demonstrates strong discipline in managing deadlines and deliverables.
- Proactively identifies regulatory risks, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Treats regulatory obligations as high-priority compliance risks.
- Able to plan tasks, identify dependencies, and manage contingencies.
- Exercises sound judgment in determining when to escape issues.
- Clearly communicates regulatory risks, consequences, and options.
- Provides practical, actionable compliance advice to stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of:
- Bank Indonesia regulations (PJP, payment systems, reporting).
- Regulatory reporting processes and compliance obligations.
- Ability to draft:
- Regulatory submissions.
- SOPs and compliance guidelines.
- Responses to regulator inquiries.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in documentation and communication.
