Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure accurate review of document entries in the system.
- Assist branch offices with document revisions and system-based return requests.
- Perform AR reconciliation and monitor customer payments for national chain accounts.
- Familiar with claims, returns, and deductions from key accounts.
- Assist in the monthly financial closing process.
- Support management by preparing and providing reports as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or related field.
- Experience handling modern trade/retail chain (like Indomaret, Alfamart, etc) is a MUST.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing key accounts, especially in modern trade/ national chain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot table, etc) is a must.
- Good initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and easy to collaborate with.
- Able to work with deadlines and handle a good amount of data.
