PT. Sinotrans Logistik Indonesia is part of a global logistics network specializing in international freight forwarding and shipping services. As we continue to strengthen our international shipping operations, particularly the Tanjung Priok Nansha (China) route, we are seeking a highly competent and driven Tax Staff to join our growing team in Jakarta. • As a Tax Staff, you will be responsible for managing the company s end-to-end tax functions, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and international shipping tax requirements.
• Prepare and report monthly and annual tax returns (PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, 4(2), and VAT/PPN).
• Manage direct and indirect taxes, with strong focus on VAT and Withholding Taxes (PPh 23/26).
• Handle shipping-related tax matters, including PPh Article 15.
• Prepare and manage e-Faktur and e-SPT reporting.
• Monitor updates on Indonesian tax regulations (including HPP Law) and ensure compliance.
• Support tax audits, inquiries, and communication with tax authorities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and regional counterparts regarding tax matters.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Tax Staff in a shipping line or freight forwarding company.
• Bachelor s Degree in Accounting / Taxation / Finance / Economics.
• Certified in Brevet A & B (mandatory).
• Strong experience in managing VAT, Income Tax, and Withholding Tax (PPh 23/26).
• Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and shipping tax schemes.
• Experience handling international transactions is highly preferred.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written business level).
• Mandarin proficiency (speaking, reading, writing) is required to communicate with regional counterparts.

• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• High attention to detail and compliance-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work as an outsourcing employee under Sinotrans Indonesia supervision.
