Manage budgeting and cost control activities by monitoring expenses, analyzing financial data, and ensuring accurate reporting to support efficient operations and informed business decisions.

• Manage and monitor the company’s budget.
• Track budget vs actual spending regularly.
• Prepare and review operational expense reports (cloud usage, inventory, transport, etc.).
• Analyze financial reports and costs per department (cost center).
• Support reconciliation and ensure data accuracy.
• Create regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or budgeting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Indonesia and written English.
• Understand budgeting, financial reports, and cost analysis.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and good communication skills.
