Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Finance, Business, Economics, or a rigorous quantitative field (e.g., Physics, Engineering, Mathematics). A Master's degree or progress toward a CFA charter is a strong plus.
1–3 years of proven experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or management consulting.
Technical Skills- Advanced financial modeling skills with a demonstrated ability to build complex LBO, DCF, and operating models from scratch.
- Deep understanding of corporate finance principles, accounting, and institutional-level investment analysis frameworks.
- Familiarity with building and maintaining data tracking systems and management dashboards.
- Analytical Rigor: Exceptional quantitative analysis skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable executive insights.
- Business Acumen: A sharp eye for evaluating market dynamics, competitive advantages, and operational efficiencies.
- Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia). Ability to draft compelling investment memos and board-level presentations.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for on-site due diligence and portfolio company visits.
- Drive: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced corporate environment while managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
- End-to-End Deal Execution: Support the Senior Investment Manager and CIO in all phases of the investment process, including market research, financial modeling, valuation, and structuring.
- Comprehensive Due Diligence: Assist in rigorous commercial, financial, and operational due diligence for potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
- Portfolio Monitoring & Governance: Track the financial and operational performance of existing portfolio companies against key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic milestones.
- System Management: Develop, optimize, and maintain the internal investment monitoring and reporting system to ensure accurate, real‑time data visibility for the executive team.
- On-the-Ground Assessment: Conduct regular, comprehensive site visits to portfolio companies and prospective targets across the region to audit operational health, management execution, and brand compliance.
- Divestment Strategy: Assist in preparing portfolio companies for exit events, supporting the creation of data rooms, financial memoranda, and prospective buyer analysis.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a key liaison between the investment division and internal legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless deal execution and post‑merger integration.
