Branch Manager – Network & Distribution

Job Description

Overseeing daily banking operations within the branches, driving sales growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing excellent & high-quality customer service. Managing and evaluating branch staff performance and training, including the coaching process for improving sales and service. Fostering community business-relationships, retaining the business, and resolving escalated customer complaints. Ensuring operational efficiency and compliance, mitigating operational risks.

To be located in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Medan, Batam, Balikpapan.

Minimum Bachelor degree. 8-9 years of experience in financial services and managing sales teams focused on Priority Banking or Wealth Management Business, including 3-4 years at the management level. In-depth knowledge of market updates including Financial Market, Capital Market and Global Market. Proven ability to maintain and build high-level relationships with clients to retain and grow branch assets. Outstanding interpersonal relationship and communication skills covering branch, area, regional and headquarters.

Strong understanding of daily branch operations, including revenue to cost calculation, risk management, and branch audit/compliance.
