Responsibilities
- Support corporate finance activities including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Provide financial insights for M&A, joint ventures, or project evaluations.
- Participate in capital raising activities (equity, debt, project financing) and liaise internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to support business strategies.
- Monitor financial performance and support management with improvement recommendations.
