Position: Finance Staff (Account Receivable)
Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta

  • Process and record incoming payments from various payment channels, including Midtrans, Nicepay, Pay Pal, and bank transfers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment records across all programs and events.
  • Monitor, verify, and update participant payment statuses, including cancellations, transfers, and payment adjustments.
  • Perform daily payment reconciliation and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Manage payment-related inquiries received through email, Whats App, Slack, and other communication channels.
  • Generate manual receipts, invoices, and other payment documents as requested.
  • Support the sales team and other teams with payment verification and participant-related requests.
  • Assist in resolving payment discrepancies and account receivable issues on time.
  • Prepare payment recaps, reports, and supporting documentation for the Finance team.
  • Ensure all financial administration processes are carried out accurately and in accordance with internal procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Receivable, Finance Administration, or any related roles.
  • Understanding of Account Receivable (AR) processes and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Zahir Accounting is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable handling large volumes of data and transactions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
