** Responsibilities
* ** Oversee the day-to-day operations of the trade finance team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of trade transactions
* Manage the team's workload, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to ensure timely completion of all trade finance activities
* Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of trade finance operations
* Ensure compliance with relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines, such as UCP, ISBP, and URDG
* Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and credit, to provide seamless customer service and support
* Monitor and analyze trade finance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
* Lead and motivate the team, providing coaching and mentoring to support their professional development
** Requirements
* ** Thorough understanding of trade finance products, processes, and regulations, including knowledge of UCP, ISBP, URDG, and other applicable rules and guidelines
* Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
* Proficient in using trade finance software and systems
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement
