Finance, Accounting Tax Manager

Job opportunity for Finance, Accounting, & Tax Manager at PT ZMG Telekomunikasi Servise Indonesia in KOTA ADM. JAKARTA BARAT, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.

To oversee our financial operations, project cash flows, and tax compliance. In this role, you will lead the local finance team and serve as the key bridge between our Indonesian operations and our overseas headquarters. Fluent Mandarin is required for daily business communication and reporting.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FAT, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in English (business level, oral and written) and Mandarin is a plus.
• Industry Background:
  Prior experience in telecommunication projects is highly preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel and deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.

• Oversee project cash flows, working capital, receivables, and payables with sub-contractors/vendors.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian PSAK and HQ reporting standards.
• Ensure accurate corporate tax compliance (VAT, WHT, Corporate Income Tax) and handle tax audits.
• Partner with the project team to monitor budgets vs. actual costs and analyze project profitability.
• Translate and align financial reporting and strategic communication between local management and Director (China).
