Senior Analyst; Strategic Finance

About the role

We are looking to hire a Senior Analyst (Strategic Finance) to scale our finance and strategy function. Reporting to the Strategic Finance Manager, this is a high‑visibility role where you will be primarily working with department heads to drive business performance and support key strategic decisions. You will also play a critical role in translating data into insights, supporting the business planning processes, and facilitating decision making across the Company.

• Build and maintain financial models to support teams in budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning
• Support long‑term strategic and financial planning
• Analyze business performance, identify key drivers and next steps
• Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking at the global level
• Drive ad‑hoc commercial and ROI analysis

• 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in FP&A or corporate finance
• Prior experience in e‑commerce or retail company is a plus
• Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis
• Proven ability to make decisions independently
