As our Finance Associate, you are the "Financial Navigator" of our daily operations. You will ensure that our administrative and financial engines are running smoothly, providing the data and support needed to keep our fleet in the air and our business growing.
Job Description s:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily administrative tasks and office finance operations with meticulous care.
- Cash Flow Management: Prepare payment lists, manage petty cash, and ensure all supporting documentation is airtight.
- Reporting: Create and maintain clear, actionable payment reports that help leadership make informed decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the financial bridge between departments, coordinating payment requests and ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed.
- Banking & Documentation: Maintain organized records and serve as a key point of contact for our banking partners.
- Digital Stewardship: Keep our financial ecosystem up to date by inputting data into Xero, our accounting systems, and Google Drive.
- Taxation: Experiences with tax recording and submission.
- Agility: Tackle ad hoc assignments and special projects as we scale our operations across the archipelago.
You are a proactive professional who thrives in a multinational setting. You understand that in finance, "good enough" isn't enough—you strive for accuracy and efficiency in everything you do.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
Experience:
2-3 years
Technical skills:
Familiar with Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, accounting systems and tax, and ideally Xero specifically
Soft skills:
Good communication, problem solving, pro‑active, time management
Good knowledge of Indonesian Tax regulations and Accounting standards
Experienced with multi‑national company
Language:
Indonesian and English
Based in Jakarta. or Bali may also be considered for the right candidate.
