Finance and Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently responsible for the company's GL, AR & AP operations and review the functional process.
• Manage cash-flow and liaise with bankers/other financial institution.
• Responsible for monthly closing, make sure all posting/reports are completed timely & accurately, finalize trial balance on time and deliver high quality financial statement in compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK).
• Facilitate for internal & external audit.
• Assist in internal or external communication and promotion with audit institutions, industry and commerce, taxation and other matters.
• Assist to setup or improve the financial system, financial projects.

Experience and requirements:

• Male/Female
• Maximum 40 years old
• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance function and at least 2 years management experience in comprehensive accounting.
• Good command of English in writing and reading, above CET-4.
• Bachelors degree or above in Accounting, CPA/ ACCA or other equivalent qualifications are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP system, Microsoft D365 and HFM is a plus.
• Familiar with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK), PRC Generallyaccepted accounting principles (GAAP) is definite advantage;
• With ability to work under high pressure.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
• The candidate will spend a significant amountof time working at a manufacturing plantlocated in Karawang, West Java.
