Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Oversee actuarial valuations for financial statements and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure accurate measurement of insurance contracts and compliance with IFRS 17 standards.
- Monitor RBC ratios and support capital planning strategies.
- Provide actuarial input for product pricing and profitability assessments.
- Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis for financial risk management.
- Manage and mentor actuarial staff; build technical capabilities within the team.
- Prepare and present actuarial reports to senior management and regulators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance.
- Professional actuarial certification (ASA, FSA, FIA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in actuarial roles within insurance or
financial services. - Strong background in financial reporting, reserving, and capital adequacy.
- Experience with IFRS 17, RBC, and regulatory compliance.
- Advanced actuarial modeling and valuation skills.
- Proficiency in actuarial software (Prophet, Moses) and programming tools (R, Python, VBA).
