Job Summary
To conduct compliance analysis and reviews of regulations and company policies in accordance with applicable procedures, in order to support the smooth implementation and enforcement of regulations within the company.

- 4 years experience as Compliance
- Analyze existing and newly issued regulations to be developed, conduct socialization, and perform reviews of their implementation within the company related to the application of regulations and group policies across each Department/Division/Directorate.
- Conduct testing and reviews of company policies (IM/Policy/Guidelines, Forms, Board of Directors’ Decrees, etc.) as well as planned collaborations, to ensure alignment with relevant regulations and enable appropriate follow-up actions.
- Monitor the implementation process of regulations and group policies within the company.
- Carry out business-related due diligence processes (e.g., bank due diligence, etc.) and regulatory surveys, as well as complete tender documentation to ensure all processes are conducted in compliance with applicable provisions.
- Monitor regulatory reporting and submissions to regulators to ensure they are carried out within the specified timelines.
- Develop, implement, and execute the Compliance Plan.
