** Key Responsibilities
**** Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
*** Lead
** annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning
** processes aligned with regional targets.
* Partner with business leaders to drive
** revenue forecasting, cost planning, and resource optimization**.
* Deliver insightful
** variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast)
** and recommend corrective actions.
* Develop
** financial models, client profitability analysis, and ROI assessments
** to support commercial decisions.
* Provide forward-looking insights on
** risks, opportunities, and growth drivers**.
** Commercial Finance & Business Partnering
*** Act as a
** trusted finance partner
** to client leads and business heads.
* Support
** client pricing, scoping, and revenue recognition
** in line with company policies.
* Drive
** client profitability, utilization, and margin improvement initiatives**.
* Collaborate with regional stakeholders on
** pipeline tracking and revenue growth strategies**.
** Financial Accounting & Reporting
*** Ensure timely and accurate
** monthly closing and financial reporting** (P&L, BS, CF) in line with IFRS/PSAK and group policies.
* Maintain strong
** internal controls and compliance framework**.
* Manage audit processes (internal & external) effectively.
** Tax & Compliance
*** Oversee compliance with
** Indonesian tax regulations** (CIT, VAT, WHT).
* Manage
** tax filings, tax planning, and Transfer Pricing Documentation**.
* Partner with regional tax teams and external advisors on audits and regulatory matters.
** Operational Excellence
*** Drive continuous improvement in
** finance processes, systems, and reporting efficiency**.
* Ensure data integrity and alignment with
** regional reporting standards (APAC/Global)**.
** Team Leadership
*** Lead and develop a
** high-performing finance team**.
* Foster a culture of
