Location: Jakarta Selatan
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years experience as FAT Supervisor in agency/e-commerce
.
Prior experience in an Advertising Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, Creative Agency, or E-commerce company is mandatory.
Available to join immediately
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, taxation regulations, and budgeting processes.
Experienced in handling end-to-end accounting processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and financial closing.
Good knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Income Tax.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial analysis).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Familiarity with project-based revenue recognition and client billing processes is a strong advantage.
Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
Job ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee daily Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including client invoicing and vendor payments.
Ensure timely and accurate tax calculations, reporting, and submissions in accordance with applicable regulations.
Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and general ledger accounts regularly.
Monitor project profitability, revenue recognition, and operational costs across client accounts.
Support management with financial analysis, cost control initiatives, and business performance insights.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities when required.
Develop and improve internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial processes.
Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and maintained for audit purposes.
Provide recommendations to management regarding financial risks, efficiencies, and business opportunities.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and industry best practices.
