Finance Superintendent

About the role

As the Finance Superintendent, you will support the management team in overseeing daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable financial regulations and reporting standards. This full‑time position is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

• Perform general accounting tasks including journal entries, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and various financial analyses.
• Ensure compliance with PSAK / IFRS and company accounting policies.
• Collaborate with various departments to deliver accurate and timely financial information.
• Organize and maintain detailed accounting records and documentation.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely settlement.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with internal and external audits and support other financial projects as needed.

• Proficiency in English (oral & written) is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Total working experience at least 5 years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK / IFRS and relevant regulations

• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Big 4 accounting firm experience is preferred.
• Qualified accountant (CPA, CIA, CA or equivalent) is preferred.
• Familiarity with capital market reporting requirements is an advantage.
