Internal Audit Senior

Responsibilities

Conduct audit cycle processes regular and daily for all work units, branches and head office for compliance with all applicable policies and regulations as well as operational effectiveness.

Prepare pre-audit report and report of audit results which conducted objectively and report to the Internal Audit Head.

Follow-up and conduct monitoring the progress of audit finding that has been done by the Department / Branch / Representative and monitor the implementation of agreed recommendations.

Together with the Internal Audit Head acts as a consultant and assurance to the Standard Operating Procedure of the Company's operational activities and Policies compliance and effectiveness based on the principle of prudence and regulatory requirement.

Develop and ensure the implementation of anti-fraud strategy including updating anti-fraud policy, procedure, whistleblowing mechanism, investigation and its reporting system. Also conduct investigation regarding reporting of whistleblowing.

Respond to ad hoc requests to address control issues on new business processes, policies and procedures, and provide consultative services to management.

• Preferably had a minimum 2 (two) years experience
• Experienced as Internal Auditor in Multifinance / Financing Company or Bank
• Have experience as External Auditor in Audit Firm with Financial Services auditee would be an advantage
• Familiar with Auditing standards in Financing Company
• Strong communication skill (Written and Verbal)
• Fluent in English (Preferable with TOEFL, IELTS or TOEIC Certificate)
• Good analytical thinking, high accuracy, detail oriented and having strong knowledge in Audit Process
• Self starter, be able to work independently
