Finance Specialist; Mandarin Speaker

Rp 15,000,000 – 18,000,000/month (negotiable, based on experience & Mandarin proficiency)

• Handle daily accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and management reports accurately and on time.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding financial matters.
• Support tax reporting and ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations.
• Translate and communicate financial information between local teams and Chinese management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

• Minimum HSK Level 5 certification is preferred.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or a similar role.
• Experience working with Chinese managers or Chinese-owned companies is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Familiar with Indonesian taxation regulations and financial compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial formulas) and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using accounting software, ERP systems, or financial management systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work with confidential financial information professionally.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site at Epicentrum Walk, Setiabudi, South Jakarta.

• Starting Salary:
  Rp 15,000,000 – 18,000,000/month (negotiable, based on experience & Mandarin proficiency).
