RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weekly estimate reporting:
Update and maintain the weekly estimate file, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of the latest business outlook. - FX rate maintenance:
Monitor and update FX rates and other key assumptions required for reporting and planning cycles. - System reconciliation and data integrity:
Perform reporting system reconciliations (e.g., One Stream) and ensure consistency between source data, reporting files, and FP&A outputs. - Flash and month-end close support:
Support flash reporting and month-end close activities, including preparation of trial balance data and mapping into FP&A reporting format to enable variance analysis by the broader FP&A team. - Management reporting:
Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly management reports, including M materials, with clear commentary on key movements, risks, and opportunities. - Non Financial KPI coordination:
Coordinate recurring Non Financial KPI reporting requirements, including liaising with relevant stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate inputs in a timely manner. - Executive reporting support:
Support executive calls and leadership reviews by preparing financial analysis, presentation materials, and follow‑up information as needed. - Process improvement and governance:
Continuously improve reporting templates, data flows, and finance processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and control. - Ad hoc finance support:
Provide additional financial analysis, modeling, reporting, and cross‑functional support as required by the department or business. - Commercial contract finance review:
Support the review of commercial contracts from a finance perspective, including assessment of pricing, margins, cost implications, payment terms, and overall financial risks, while coordinating with Legal and business stakeholders where required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- CPA/ACCA/ICAEW qualification is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and drive change across different levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Excel, including experience analyzing and manipulating large datasets (e.g., pivot tables, data visualization, and automation).
- Ability to balance speed and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to make independent decisions and take initiative.
- Meticulous attention to detail, a self‑starter attitude, strong sense of urgency, and consistent adherence to deadlines.
- A demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in rapidly changing environments is essential.
