Responsibilities
- Lead the consolidation of financial statements, management reports and forecasts from multiple business units or legal entities within the group.
- Analyze key financial metrics (e.g., revenue, cost, margins, portfolio quality) and provide insights to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare dashboards, board-level reports, and investor materials, translating financial data into actionable business insights.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, automate processes, and improve financial data integrity across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial reportingor corporate finance, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven experience in consolidating financial reports across multiple business units or entities is a must.
- Strong in Accounting is a must.
- Strong command of Excel, financial modeling, and financial planning tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal is a must.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
