Job Description- Assist the team in projects related to Tax Objection, Tax Appeal, or Civil Review, including financial statement analysis, FAR analysis, and analysis of business cycles, inter‑company agreements, and relevant internal documents of the client.
- Assist in the application and process for Tax Objection, Tax Appeal, and Civil Review.
- Prepare and/or review drafts, including objection letters, appeal letters, civil review memorials, or any other letters submitted in the Objection/Appeal/Civil Review process.
- Assist in preparing recommended planning opportunities for clients.
- Participate actively in client interviews and discussions to identify and assess reviewed matters.
- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.
- Train and lead staff, contributing to developing your and the team’s technical acumen.
- Work closely with the Supervisor of the Transfer Pricing team to provide leadership to the staff.
- Heavily involved at all stages of the project lifecycle.
- A bachelor's degree in Fiscal/Taxation, Accounting, Business, Law, or Economics from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Experienced in Transfer Pricing Dispute (minimum 3 years of experience).
- Excellent writing and verbal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Brevet A&B. Brevet C is a plus.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficient in business diagnostics, analysis, and logical reasoning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Committed and flexible in working in a challenging professional environment.
- Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
