Accounting & Tax Officer

We are a Holding Company seeking an experienced Accounting & Tax Officer with a strong background in Mining, Mineral Trading, and Shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance, with the ability to support complex commodity trading and logistics transactions. • Record all daily transactions to the accurate system based on bank statements and ensure they have complete supporting documents.
• Coordinate with finance for outstanding accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Coordinate with finance for petty cash balance and create journal records in the accurate system.
• Identify if any expenses need to be accrued and verify all incoming & outgoing invoices from finance ensuring compliance with prevailing regulations.
• Prepare monthly tax calculations, reporting, and tax equalization.
• Prepare journal adjustments, transaction documents, and supporting lists for month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Create any tax invoices in the tax system based on sales invoices and share withholding tax to related vendors.
• Assist in preparing documents for tax audit & external audit processes.
• Prepare any documents required and visit the tax office when necessary.
• Coordinate with operational team regarding administrative and operational matters.
• Support FAT SPV with tasks when required.

• Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, or related degree.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Accounting and Tax in Mining, Mineral Trading, and Shipping Company.
• Proficiency in Accurate System and Tax System.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have Brevet A & B Certificates.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
