PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Multifinance company in finding great talent as a Deputy Manager of Accounting with the requirement as follows:

Working location:
South Jakarta

• Review and monitor daily accounting activities to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage foreign currency transactions, including derivative instruments, exchange rate evaluations, and borrowing assessments.
• Oversee taxation matters, ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations and timely tax reporting.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, supporting schedules, and documentation required for annual external audits.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors to facilitate audit activities and resolve accounting‑related issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and statutory reporting requirements.

• Bachelor degree from finance or accounting major.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an auditor with experience in auditing finance companies, or 10 years of experience in finance company as accounting matters.
• Strong understanding of taxation.
• Strong understanding of impairment.
• Experience handling year‑end audit report.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
