Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payment Compliance Specialist to join our team in Jakarta for a focused, 3-6 month contract. In this role, you will play a critical part in strengthening our regulatory posture and managing compliance workloads in preparation for upcoming regulatory milestones. • Regulatory Audit Preparation:
  Support the team in preparing for, managing, and executing follow‑ups related to upcoming Bank Indonesia (BI) onsite regulatory compliance visits and PJP (Penyelenggara Jasa Pembayaran) licensing frameworks.
• Compliance Management:
  Address, track, and resolve compliance findings and action items arising from regulatory audits.
• Risk Mitigation:
  Ensure all payment compliance processes align seamlessly with local Indonesian regulatory mandates and international best practices.
• Stakeholder
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Coordinate internally across operations, legal, and risk teams to gather documentation and streamline communication for regulatory bodies.

• Experience:
  
  3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or legal operations, specifically within the Fin Tech, digital payments, or banking sectors in Indonesia.
• Regulatory Knowledge:
  Solid understanding of Bank Indonesia (BI) regulations, PJP licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Project Management:
  Proven ability to manage heavy workloads and tight deadlines, particularly during high‑stakes external audits or onsite regulatory visits.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
