Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of total professional experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs within the financial services industry.
  • Professional certifications required:
    Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek (WPPE) license and having Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) is preferable.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior or managerial compliance role within a licensed securities broker-dealer or capital markets firm.
  • Demonstrated experience managing relationships with OJK, IDX, KSEI, or PPATK.
  • Exceptional integrity, ethics, and professional judgment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to interpret complex regulatory texts.
Job Description s
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the firm's enterprise-wide compliance program and governance framework.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including Securities Law, OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) Regulations, IDX Regulation, KPEI Regulation, KSEI Regulations, and other related Regulations.
  • Maintain and update the firm's Compliance Manual, Policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in response to any Regulatory changes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Regulators including OJK, IDX, KPEI, KSEI, PPATK, and other relevant authorities.
  • Review and approve new products, services, and business initiatives for regulatory compliance prior to launch.
  • Manage regulatory examinations, inquiries, and audits; coordinate responses and follow-up action plans.
  • Prepare, review, and submit all mandatory regulatory reports within prescribed deadlines.
  • Implement preventive and controls to mitigate identified compliance risks.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for compliance breaches and oversee implementation of corrective actions.
