Otis is growing and we are recruiting for Senior Coordinator, Finance Support to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The primary purpose of this role is to support the operations of Billing department.
Responsibilities- Invoice Preparation & Issuance – Prepare invoices based on billing terms, milestones, or progress. Ensure accuracy of billing data (amount, tax, customer details). Issue invoices on time to avoid AR aging risk.
- Billing Verification – Cross-check supporting documents (PO, contract, BAST, tax documents). Ensure compliance with company policy and customer requirements.
- Coordination with Internal Teams – Work closely with Project / Operations team for completion status (BAST, progress) and Finance / Tax for VAT/faktur pajak.
- Monitoring Unbilled & Billing Status – Track unbilled revenue. Ensure timely conversion from unbilled to billed. Highlight risks (e.g., missing documents, rejected BAST).
- Customer Communication – Clarify invoice discrepancies with customers. Support dispute resolution for billing-related issues.
- Month End Close reporting.
- Support Internal & External Audit.
- Ad hoc assignments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Commerce or related.
- Self‑motivated with ability to think from a broader spectrum.
- Detail‑oriented with keen eye on details and numbers.
- Strong interpersonal and adaptability skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Power Point).
- Team‑oriented with solid analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
