We are looking for an experienced Costing professional to lead and manage product costing activities to ensure accurate cost calculation, insightful variance analysis, and strong financial support for business decision‑making. This role will be responsible for overseeing standard costing processes, supporting New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, and providing cost analysis that drives operational efficiency and product profitability.
The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Business Planning to ensure costing accuracy and alignment with business strategy.
What will you doMonitor and ensure that the standard cost creation process for existing products and costing simulations for New Product Development (NPD) run accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policies.
Conduct an annual review of standard parameters for COGS calculation (material, labor, and overhead) and provide recommendations to management.
Perform comparative analysis between standard cost and actual cost
, and prepare accurate and timely monthly variance analysis reports.
Provide insights on key cost drivers and recommend initiatives to improve cost efficiency and product profitability.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to obtain updated data affecting production cost components.
Support NPD and Marketing teams in costing calculations related to new product launches, promotions, and pricing scenarios.
Supervise and develop the costing team to strengthen analytical capabilities and ensure costing activities comply with company standards and policies.
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the costing database and support the implementation of ERP or BI tools related to costing processes.
Provide costing reports and analysis to support the Business Planning team and management in strategic decision‑making.
What we are looking forMinimum 8 years of experience in Costing, Management Accounting, or Finance
, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
.
Proven experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry
, with strong exposure to standard costing, product costing, and variance analysis
.
Experience supporting New Product Development (NPD) activities, particularly in costing simulations.
Familiarity with SAP (CO/PC module) or other ERP systems related to costing processes.
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.
Strong capabilities in financial and cost analysis

Solid business acumen and commercial awareness

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
