• Prepare and present accurate and timely daily sales and e‑commerce balance reports across all marketplace channels (e.g., Shopee and Tik Tok Shop), while ensuring the accuracy of marketplace settlement data.
• Perform marketplace settlement reconciliations against sales records and ensure that settlement processes and related recordings are completed accurately and within the established timeline.
• Verify and ensure the accuracy of return and refund transaction records from marketplace platforms in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Identify, monitor, and control potential revenue leakage arising from administrative fees, deductions, promotional programs, and settlement discrepancies.
• Conduct intercompany transaction reconciliations and minimize discrepancies or mismatches by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of transaction records.

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Financial Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 2 years of experience in finance, preferably with exposure to sales‑related transactions.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Good understanding of marketplace settlement reconciliation, e‑commerce return and refund transactions, and intercompany reconciliation processes.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work under tight deadlines, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Able to work in the office (WFO) at Tebet, Jakarta Selatan
