Investment Accounting & Reporting

Responsibilities

• Ensure all investment transactions are booked properly in accordance with accounting standards and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile all investment accounts on a monthly basis and analyze regularly, resolving all investment accounting booking issues.
• Support statutory reporting, including ensuring all investment month‑end/quarterly closing run smoothly, preparing journal entries and liaising with other parties.
• Prepare weekly transaction‑related investment transactions.
• Provide and report balance sheet monthly reconciliation and bank custody reconciliation.
• Prepare all investment reports on time and accurately.
• Liaise and monitor other teams for investment closing month‑end and quarterly processes.
• Support monthly statutory reporting and provide data/report related to investment transactions to external auditors.

• University business degree and/or recognized accounting designation; accounting preferred.
• Min 1–2 years’ experience in accounting, with investment accounting preferred.
• Experience with technical accounting and financial analysis.
• Basic Excel skills and experience with database applications.
• Experience with IFS Applications (Lawson, Essbase, DART, JETS) preferred.
• Good oral & written communication skills in English.
• Fast learning, practical problem‑solving skills, and the ability to influence change.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
