• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Mentor junior staff members in accounting practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance department.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Quick Books).
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
