• Handle daily finance and accounting operations
• Verify invoices, payments, and financial transactions
• Prepare financial reports and assist month-end closing
• Monitor cash flow and petty cash usage
• Support purchasing and operational cost control
• Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and recorded

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience accounting, or finance within the hospitality / F&B industry.
• Familiar with daily financial administration and reporting
• Able to handle invoices, petty cash, payment processing, and reconciliations
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
